Thank you for using ZapLog. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
ZapLog 需要访问您的设备照片库，用于自动检测和识别支出类截图，以生成记账记录。
ZapLog 仅在设备本地处理照片。识别和分析过程完全在您的设备上完成，使用 Apple Vision Framework 进行离线文字识别。除下文「识别错误上报」一节所述、且经您主动确认的情况外，我们不会将任何照片或截图上传到服务器。
ZapLog accesses your device's photo library to automatically detect and recognize expense-related screenshots for bookkeeping purposes. All photo processing happens locally on your device using Apple Vision Framework. Except for the "Recognition Error Reporting" section below, which requires your explicit confirmation, we never upload any photos or screenshots to servers.

ZapLog may write processed screenshots or bookkeeping records to your photo library, only when you explicitly trigger the save action.
当您发现某条记录的识别结果有误（金额、商户或分类不正确）并主动点击「上报识别错误」且确认后，ZapLog 会上传以下信息到我们的服务器，用于改进 OCR 识别准确率：
上传仅在您主动点击并确认后发生，我们不会在未经您确认的情况下上传任何截图。上传成功后，该样本会立即从您的设备删除；未上传的本地样本会在 30 天后自动清除。
When you find a recognition error (incorrect amount, merchant, or category) and proactively tap "Report Recognition Error" and confirm, ZapLog uploads the following to our servers to improve OCR accuracy: the screenshot for that entry, the recognized and corrected amount/merchant/category (values and text only, no personal information), and an anonymous device identifier with the app version. Uploads happen only after your explicit tap and confirmation. After a successful upload, the sample is immediately deleted from your device; pending local samples are automatically removed after 30 days.

To improve the product, ZapLog collects anonymous usage statistics such as app launch counts, recognition events, and recognition-edit counts. These statistics do not include screenshots or any specific content such as amounts or merchants — they contain only a random anonymous device identifier and the event type with app version. This data is used solely to understand feature usage and improve recognition accuracy, and is not used to track your identity.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or location. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks. Aside from error samples you voluntarily report and the anonymous usage statistics described above, we do not collect any photo content or app data.

The information we process is used solely for: recognizing expense information from screenshots (on-device), generating bookkeeping records, displaying spending statistics within the App, and improving OCR accuracy using error samples you voluntarily report.
Bookkeeping records are stored in ZapLog's app sandbox (internal app storage). Processed screenshots are saved to your device's photo library only when you explicitly choose to save them. Recognition error samples are stored locally in the app sandbox, deleted immediately after a successful upload, and automatically cleared after 30 days if not uploaded. We never send your personal information to external servers; the only exception is the content you explicitly confirm to report under "Recognition Error Reporting", which does not include your identity.

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third party. Your spending data stays on your device.

ZapLog does not include any third-party advertising SDKs and does not use any behavioral tracking tools.

You have full control over your data. You can delete any or all bookkeeping records within the App, choose not to report recognition errors (it is entirely voluntary), uninstall to remove all local data, or revoke photo access permissions via iOS Settings → ZapLog.
ZapLog 不面向13岁以下的儿童，也不收集儿童的个人信息。
ZapLog is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you prominently within the App. Please review this page periodically.
