感谢您使用 PracMaster 练琴家（以下简称「PracMaster」或「我们」）。我们非常重视您的个人信息和隐私保护。本隐私政策旨在向您说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的信息。

Thank you for using PracMaster. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

一、信息收集 / 1. Information Collection

摄像头访问 / Camera Access

PracMaster 需要访问您的设备前置摄像头，用于「回课录像」功能——在曲目练习结束后自动录制您的演奏视频，供您回听自查。

我们不会将任何录像上传到服务器。所有视频仅存储在 PracMaster App 的沙盒目录（App 内部存储）中，您可通过 App 内「回课记录」查看，或通过分享按钮将视频保存到相册。

PracMaster accesses your device's front camera for the "Recap Recording" feature. We never upload any recordings to servers. All videos are stored in the PracMaster app's sandbox directory (internal app storage). You can view them in the app's "Recap" section, or use the share button to save to Photos.

麦克风访问 / Microphone Access

PracMaster 需要访问您的麦克风，用于：

录制回课视频时同步采集音频
播放参考音频时进行音量控制（不录制环境音）

麦克风录音仅用于本地视频合成，不会上传到任何服务器。

PracMaster accesses your microphone for recording audio during recap videos. Audio is only used for local video composition and is never uploaded.

语音合成（TTS）/ Text-to-Speech

PracMaster 使用 Apple 原生的 Speech Framework 进行语音播报（如「热身开始」「练习结束」等提示）。该功能完全在设备本地运行，不涉及网络传输。

PracMaster uses Apple's native Speech Framework for voice announcements. This runs entirely on-device with no network transmission.

练琴计划文件（.pracplan）/ Practice Plan Files

PracMaster 支持将练琴配置导出为 .pracplan 文件（ZIP 格式），包含练习时长、阶段名称、交替设置等配置信息。不包含任何个人数据、录像或音频文件。

导出操作由用户主动触发，文件保存到用户指定的位置（通过系统分享账单）。导入的 .pracplan 文件存储在 App 沙盒内，不会上传到任何服务器。

PracMaster supports exporting practice configurations as .pracplan files (ZIP format), containing only practice durations, phase names, and alternation settings. No personal data, recordings, or audio files are included. Export is user-initiated and saved to a user-specified location via the system share sheet. Imported .pracplan files are stored in the app sandbox and never uploaded.

我们不收集您的位置信息
我们不使用任何第三方分析或追踪 SDK
我们不使用任何广告网络
我们不收集任何练琴内容或演奏数据

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, or any practice content. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks.

二、信息使用 / 2. How We Use Your Information

我们收集的信息仅用于以下目的：

录制回课视频（视频 + 音频），供您自查
播放参考音频，辅助听练交替练习
语音播报练习阶段提示
存储您的练习设置（如热身时长、曲目配置）
导出/导入练琴计划配置（.pracplan 文件）

The information we collect is used solely for: recording recap videos, playing reference audio, voice announcements, storing your practice settings, and exporting/importing practice plan configurations (.pracplan files).

三、信息存储 / 3. Data Storage

回课视频：存储在 PracMaster App 沙盒目录（App 内部存储）中，不自动写入系统相册
练习设置：存储在 iOS UserDefaults（本地，不上传）
参考音频：由您自行导入，存储在 App 沙盒内（本地）
练琴计划（.pracplan）：导出文件由用户选择保存位置；导入文件存储在 App 沙盒内
我们不会将您的任何个人信息发送到外部服务器
您可通过 App 内「回课记录」查看视频，或使用分享按钮导出

Recap videos are stored in the PracMaster app's sandbox directory (internal app storage), not automatically saved to Photos. Settings are stored in iOS UserDefaults (local only). We never send any personal information to external servers.

四、信息共享 / 4. Information Sharing

我们不会与任何第三方共享、出售或出租您的个人信息。

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third party.

五、广告追踪 / 5. Advertising & Tracking

PracMaster 不包含任何第三方广告 SDK，不使用任何行为追踪工具。

PracMaster does not include any third-party advertising SDKs and does not use any behavioral tracking tools.

六、您的权利 / 6. Your Rights

您对您的数据拥有完全控制权：

删除视频：在 App 内「回课记录」中删除，或通过分享按钮导出后删除
重置设置：App 设置页面 → 恢复默认设置
撤销权限：iOS 设置 → 练琴家 → 关闭摄像头/麦克风权限
查看数据：所有数据均在 App 内可见

You have full control over your data: delete videos from the app's Recap section or via the share button, reset settings in-app, revoke permissions in iOS Settings.

七、儿童隐私 / 7. Children's Privacy

PracMaster 不面向13岁以下的儿童，也不收集儿童的个人信息。

PracMaster is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

八、政策更新 / 8. Policy Updates

如我们对本隐私政策进行重大更新，会在 App 内显著位置提示。请定期查阅本页面。

If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you prominently within the App. Please review this page periodically.

九、法律适用 / 9. Legal Compliance

本隐私政策适用以下法律法规：

《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》
《中华人民共和国网络安全法》
GDPR（欧盟通用数据保护条例，如果您位于欧盟地区）

This Privacy Policy complies with: China PIPL, China Cybersecurity Law, and GDPR (for EU users).
